AI Art
With AI, I've diven into primarily using Midjourney, to which I have a subscription.
AI ideation is fast and imaginative, with great possibility for quick conceptual imagination, execution and visualisation of potential design paths.
Through 2023, I've experimented with different workflows of editing AI images through Procreate, combining AI-created images, painting on top, or just using them as a reference point for further work.
AI can be used to make or visualize anything, and I believe it has great potential use in games and illustration - for backgrounds to texturework and actualy character conceptualization.
As a trained artist, I can then carry out finer detail editing by hand where needed and create cohesive work based on chosen visual direction.
